Katmai Leadership Team

R. David Stephens, CEO

Dave founded and formed KGS under the direction of the ONC board of directors. In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Dave provides strategic planning, business development and overall leadership of KGS and its subsidiaries.

Dave is the former CEO of Tatitlek Support Services, Inc. Prior to his tenure at Tatitlek Dave was the Chief Information Officer of Impact Interactive, an information technology company based in Anchorage which focused on virtual training and marketing services.

Dave has also been the Director of Distance Education at the University of Alaska Anchorage, a term Professor at Georgetown University in Washington DC and the captain of a 50' salmon tender in Prince William Sound and the Copper River Delta.

James Glynn, CAO

As Chief Administrative Officer, James is responsible for the management of a variety of Katmai administrative systems including procurement, risk management, legal, contracting and corporate document management.

Prior to his tenure at Katmai James worked at the Tatitlek Corporation where he managed administrative systems and construction services.

James is a retired Air Force Master Sergeant with over 20 years of military experience in procurement and contracting.

Shane Harvey,
President & COO

In his capacity as President and Chief Operations Officer, Shane provides leadership and day-to-day management of Katmai's operating lines of business. Shane is responsible for the successful and profitable completion of Katmai contracts, as well as for the success of other senior executives in their deployment and management of adminstrative systems.

Cindy Price, EVP

As Executive Vice President, Cindy provides leadership and day-to-day management of a variety of Katmai administrative systems, including industrial security, corporate policy and compliance and human resources.

Prior to joining the Katmai team, Cindy worked at Alutiiq LLC, where she performed a wide variety of roles including contract stand-up, project management, industrial security and SBA relations.

Cindy has also been an Environmental Scientist including environmental remediation services.
