• Identify and define requirements and funding
• Engage SPAWAR POCs to determine and request
  development of Task Order
• Maintain active role as a Task Order “customer”/sponsor
• Liaise with SPAWAR as Task Order request is provided to
  Team Katmai
• Provide guidance and feedback as services and products
  are developed and delivered
• Receive value-added program and quality management
  report and reviews
